I like this device and as others have written it is:

–compact
–easy to program
–fun to use

I can’t speak to its reliability as I’ve just had it for a few days, but I would assume by the other reivewer’s comments that it is reliable. I like the fact that I can calculate, based on my stride length and weight, how far I’ve walked and how many calories I’ve burned. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the belt clip is unreliable. In the three times I’ve used to it clip the pedometer to my belt, it has fallen off and hit the pavement twice, causing minor chips and scratches to a new $25 device. I would advise users to simply slip in in their pockets to prevent this from happening. Otherwise, a useful and fun device to use.

I’m 100% pleased with my Eatsmart scale purchase. I was so tired of getting different readings on my digital scale, depending on where I placed it. I could gain/lose three pounds just by moving the scale! I’ve been trying to lose ten pounds for the summer (who isn’t, right?), and I wanted a reliable scale. But I didn’t want to pay a lot for it. Voila! Amazon to the rescue. I looked at all the scales that I was willing to purchase, and read several of the reviews, and this Eatsmart scale seemed to be just what I wanted. It didn’t disappoint me. The readings are consistent, down to a tenth of a pound, and if I change clothes, I can tell how much the clothes weigh. An added bonus is that it’s very sleek and attractive. My husband didn’t even realize it was a scale when he saw it on the floor of our walk-in closet. Kudos to Eatsmart. I’ll be checking out their other products soon.

The vendor sent the wrong book. I had to mail it back and am waiting for a credit on my credit card for the expense of mailing it back. I have not yet received the book I ordered.

this is a book I’ve been wanting to read for ages and it is the first book I bought for my new Kindle. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. I was born and raised in Louisiana and although our “help” was a white woman, I knew many families with black “help” who were practically mothers to the white children. This book captures the feeling of the sixties in the South as well as any I’ve ever read. I hope Ms. Stockett publishes again….I will be first in line for her next book.

This carpet cleaner does a good job. It is ironic though that it is called a “steam” cleaner and there is no mention of using hot water in the manual and the unit does not heat the water to make steam. So, I used water I had heated to a boil and did not use any soap at all. This did a great job and dried quickly.

For individuals who are used to older Windows versions, Windows 7 takes some time to get used to. Many of the previous drop-down menus are now grouped in different places, and are initially difficult to locate. I had a lot of trouble until I learned to use the “help” option whenever I can’t find something. (Click on the Question Mark icon wherever you see it.) After a few times, you’ll start to remember how to perform the same command when you need it.

I ordered a couple of these HDMI cables from Eforcity for $2.72 each(two-dot-seven-two) with free shipping.

I connected my blu-ray player to my TV using these cables and played a DVD and there is no complaint regarding quality.
I have yet to play any actual blu-ray disc to compare the quality.

The 6 foot cable is handy.

Such a popular,famous or infamous little book depending on your view.Salinger’s masterpiece and highly guarded work.A contributing factor in John Lennons’murder maybe,maybe not.Also associated with the Reagan assassination attempt.Why is this I wonder?”The best book ever written in the English language” quoted the salesgirl as I purchased it for my daughter for her high school reading assignment.She said it with such conviction,I think both of us were stunned.I said nothing,just smiled,you know, that smile that conveys “yeah,I know what you mean”,too embarrassed to admit,”no kidding,never read it myself”.Well read it I did,finally.A book I should have read decades ago. It wasn’t required reading in my high school but I think I know why after reading it.It was a fun,fast read and kinda cool following Holden around.Seeing his anguish and disdain for those around him and the institutions he is forced to live within.Highly troubled yes,but you get the sense that he’ll be OK in the end.His period of adjustment from a youth to a young man can be seen in his attitude,his choices and his need to be different.Love pangs,sexual urges,smoking,drinking all the rights of passage are explored through Holdens’eyes.It is kind of a warped,more psychiatric version of Ferris Beuller only a fifties version with less phone use,no texting,E-mails, computer use or outside influence from rappers,TV or other idiotic distractions teenagers are bombarded with today.Just pure emotional dilemma which must be resolved from within. I must say I enjoyed it very much,could not put it down for long with each chapter an adventure.What will Holden do now?How is this kid going to handle this one?etc.The sweet portrait it paints is probably wasted on todays youth whom I fear just won’t get it.As a reader in my late forties,I could.Rediscovering ‘Catcher In The Rye’ was refreshing and diversionary. Just enough to take me away and escape to Manhattan for a few days.To be the companion of Holden Caulfield
