Lite Replacement RBC52 Tripp today
When my eight-year-old UPS recently failed during a power fluctuation, I assumed it was time get a new one. Later, though, I learned about these replacement batts and decided to give one a try. It’s a simple remove-and-replace operation. Switch the unit off and unplug it. Remove a couple screws to open the housing, and disconnect two wires from the old battery with needle-nose pliars. Connect the new battery and carefully reassemble the unit. It takes five minutes.
This genuine replacement battery restored my Tripp-Lite UPS to its original condition. Don’t wait for yours to fail like I did. Install one of these new batteries every five years or so.
