I tried this on my dogs, and the hair came off very easily, and the dogs loved the massage they were getting too. I have six dogs and they were waiting in line to get brushed. I have a german sheperd and with just one brushing, he looks like a million bucks. This one is a keeper and the other brushes now just sit in the drawer.
