I bought this scale almost 3 months ago after reading some of the reviews here at Amazon. I love the way it looks and the way it works. As others have noted, it’s very consistant with it’s measurements – step on it 10 minutes later and it’s still the same. I’ve compared it to a doctor’s balance beam scale and it’s very accurate. There was a problem, however, with the display a couple weeks ago where the numbers were all garbled. It was just past the 60-day window for returns via Amazon so I e-mailed the company, EatSmart. Get this – I e-mailed on a Saturday, received a reply from the Vice-president the next day, Sunday!, e-mailed back the Amazon order number and received the replacement scale that Thursday via Fedex. That’s the most impressive service I’ve ever received from a commercial company. That’s why even with the display fritzing out, this product still gets 5 stars. I understand the manufacturing process enough to know things aren’t always perfect. Going by the other reviews, mechanical problems with this unit are a rarity. Customer service can be controlled, however, and this company goes way above and beyond the expected.

Great product. I like the ease of ordering information of interest. The screen is easier to read than the Nook. I have heard there is a smaller version which may be handy.
New KitchenAid 3 Speed

I am a big Kitchen Aid fan. I have bought other whisks and have since thrown them out because they have broken.

One of my biggest complaint with cheaper whisks are that the handles are so thin that it’s hard to get a good grip on them. That’s not the case with this one. The handle of large enough so you don’t have to have a ‘death grip’ on the thing to make some scrabbled eggs.

Other whisks tend to have that little metal disk where the wires meet the handle. That thing is just something else I have to clean. This don’t have one and there aren’t even handle crevices that I have to scrub with a toothbrush to get clean.

This may cost more than other whisks, but it will save you time and money in the long run.

I really like this toaster I bought. It has 9 settings for toast and bagels. It also has a warm button. I think it is worth the price.

Only thing that moved it was the highway between Brno and Prague (that highway can vibrate the dentures out, even with super glue). Very flexible, fits like a glove, simple to use.

i bought this for my gf, she didnt like playign ps3 with me, she like mario and in general the games availible for wii. its fun, is very engaging, u need to physically interact with the unit. which can be more fun fore people. i adore my ps3, but im glad i could get her into gaming as well. it is totally affordable, and it made it here in two business days. so we are hapy, or she is happy which in tern makes me content kuz im happy with the ps3, its also cool that at her pad we got the wii, and at my pad the ps3 for blue rays and seriouse gaming with the boys, next step ….. she’s getting a samsung !

I purchased this to monitor my Heart Rate and Calories burned while taking indoor cycling classes or running on the treadmill.
The Calorie count was not accurate. Waited 3 days for a email from Garmin to explained. Finally called customer service and had to wait 30 minutes
to get a representative. After Garmin’s explanation, decided to return it back to AMAZON.

This order was a replacement for this steamvac that we had before that broke. We are happy with the machine but was disappointed because there was a missing bolt. We spoke to customer service who then sent us the wrong bolt. It became clear that we were never going to get the correct bolt. We went to the hardware store and bought parts to make the missing bolt.

After doing research online and reading a many reviews I decided to purchase the F5914-900. It does a great job even on old stains and high traffic areas. The information found in these reviews were very helpful like avoiding leaks, using “boiling” water instead of hot tap water and the importance to clean it after every use. I would definitely recommend this product.

My original rating was 1 star but I am now revising my rating due to really good customer service and a scale that works! The VP of the company e-mailed me hours after my sending an E-mail with an offer to send a new scale to me free of charge.
After the first one didn’t work i was a little hesitant to try another one of these scales but he assured me that he would personally test the scale before shipping it. I received the replacement shortly after and have tried it out for a couple of weeks to make sure this one unlike the first one was working fine..I am glad to say it is and I will keep it and continue to use it…
