I had used my brand new vacuum cleaner for about 15 minutes before the belt broke. Since I had company coming in less than an hour, I had to vacuum most of my house using the attachments–highly annoying (and tiring). A replacement belt was easy to find, cheap, and fairly easy to install, but really, shouldn’t an appliance just work without having to replace a vital part the first time it’s used? The belt on my previous vacuum cleaner lasted for over 10 years.

The vacuum cleaner does pick up well, and unlike other users after very limited experience I don’t have complaints about the attachments. It’s no noisier than my old vacuum cleaner or most others I’ve used.

Once I put it down (about 25 pages into it) it was hard to pick it up again. I tried, and tried again, but looking ahead at nearly 500 pages of present tense and dialect discouraged me. There simply wasn’t enough there to hold my attention.

This 8 GB Class 6 SDHC card works just great wiht my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP3 14.1 MP Digital Camera. I have been able to take many pictures and videos without running out of space. I was also able to transfer then to my computer and external hard drive with no problems. The card just works well as it need to. Would buy again.

The Nintedo Wii is not a terrible product, but it is nothing special. The vast majority of the games are made for people under the age of 7. This is not bad if you are looking for a family console but it only does just that. When we got our wii several of the games we got with it didn’t work well, not that the games were broken but they were unresponsive even after we adjusted the receiver. It is very hard to play shooter games because of the way the controls are made, like in Call of Duty: World at War, you have to press down B and twist counter-clockwise to throw a fragment grenade. Because you are twisting it is impossible to aim and therefore nearly impossible to use (Whenever I try the grenade ends up blowing my squad to pieces). It is also harder to snipe than on other consoles. Half the time in the middle of an online match you will move to try and find your enemy and it will spazz out for 3-6 seconds, enough time to get shot. If you are going to play shooter games get something else (I play MOH on my gamecube more). Mario Cart however is good. it is great for parties and fun to play contact racing where you can push the person sitting next to you. Sometimes the controller wants you to go another way and no matter how you turn you will go straight into a wall. Wii play is also pretty fun, but I only play tanks, cow racing, target practice, and the fishing game. Im am actually saving to buy an xbox 360 because of better games and graphics. If Your looking for young person/entire family entertainment look no further, but if you want to play shooter games, get an xbox or ps3.

This saga had me engrossed from start to finish! I definitely recommend it, especially to animal lovers and adventure seekers! 5 stars!

Looking at the new options available, I picked Kindle 2 because it is designed to do what I wanted…READ.
If you want to look at pictures or do PC activities it is not the right product. Portable, handy and meant for reading it is.

Since so many people have reviewed this item, I thought I would be more location specific and also mention a few points that might not be obvious.

One. I live in Modiin, Israel. The GPS maps the route but unfortunately (and I expected this) the Garmin maps are non-existent for Modiin. I suspect that this might change now that Garmin are selling GPS for cars here in Israel. The ability to view your route in Google Earth is cute to, but the roads don’t display in Google Earth either. Neither of these things are actually a problem at all for running but I thought I should point it out.

The GPS has multiple configurable screens and I like to have one of the screens displaying (amongst other things) the GPS accurance. This shows you how accurate and quickly it gets a reading. For some of my run the accurance is 8m which is very impressive.

I also love the fact that you can switch the light on and leave it on for the run. I go out for an hour in the morning and it’s usually before sunrise (which is also one of the options so you can see what time it’s going to get late). It’s nice to have the light on the whole time. I plug in the watch into my laptop to sync and whilst it’s syncing it also charges and quite kindly lets you know when charging is complete.

I’ve only had this a week and used it for 4 runs, but so far I’m very happy.

We just purchased this last week after reading Mary Hunt’s syndicated column about it. And thank goodness we did. We had a flood from a washing machine in the house last night, it has done WONDERS extracting water from our carpets and also the wooden floors. I highly recommend this product. Little did I know we would need it for this kind of purpose. And it has risen to the occasion.
